Most of our business services clients are looking for fast-track office build-outs in which we create a functional office environment to accommodate the client’s unique needs — from housing sensitive IT equipment and executing high-end contemporary designs to complying with historical building requirements. United Construction Partners has completed a number of these extensive build-out and renovation projects with no disruption to daily operations.

United Construction Partners has served as general contractor for pharmaceutical and health care clients on projects ranging from renovations of 10,000-square-foot office spaces to demolition and build-outs of 100,000-square-foot buildings. UCP works with architects and structural engineers, coordinates all trades, and accommodates other building tenants as a matter of course. We are accustomed to meeting stringent deadlines, maintaining a clean and safe environment for employees as work proceeds around the clock, executing sophisticated designs with precise workmanship — and we take pride in delivering projects on time, at budget.

United Construction Partners has managed a multitude of small, medium and large-scale projects for manufacturing companies, most of which involved meeting challenging schedules, accommodating employees and daily operations, handling sensitive high-tech equipment, coordinating multiple trades from excavating to mechanical, electrical and plumbing, and managing the complexities of utility shut-downs and start-ups in time for next day’s business.

For several clients, we have installed back-up generators. In one such project, challenges included hand-digging trenches adjacent to a live transformer to which we had to tie in power for the new generator. During the shutdown for power tie-ins, we shut down the company’s operations and IT infrastructure from its headquarters in New Jersey and its California facility and worked around the clock to have all utilities turned on and the building inspector’s approval so operations were back to normal the following work day. Throughout the process, we ensured that all trades followed UCP’s project safety manual procedures daily.

Our work has required complex coordination of tradesmen, scheduling and security, often through multiple project phases, as well as juggling work schedules to accommodate ongoing daily operations.
